    Hi, I just wanted to share my experience. I bought a BlackBerry Q10 and the keypad have a problem. So, i went to “Ingram Mobile (BrightPoint) at No 12E, Jalan Tandang, Section 51, 46050 Petaling Jaya, Selangor”.

    Upon hearing my problem, they requested me to send my device to:
    BlackBerry Expert Center
    Lot 1.01&1.02, 1st Floor,
    Plaza Berjaya,
    No.12 Jalan Imbi,
    55100 Kuala Lumpur
    Tel: 03-21417989
    Operating Hours:
    Monday – Friday: 10am – 7pm
    saturday: 10am – 2pm
    Sunday and Public Holiday: Close

    So, i would suggest that if you go to Plaza Berjaya to claim your warranty.

    I have brought bb z10 on early April 2013 and I have send it for rectify for twice already. Now after two weeks it back back to square one. No ring tone and cannot fully charge.

    I demand for for new unit before it expire warranty.

      Hi! Chong Chee Chiang, Please contact the distributor/Expert Centre for any warranty claim. However, you can try this :
      1. plug headset and play music
      2. while music is playing, unplug the headset. See whtr that helps if not,
      3. find a straw and blow inside the headset hole.

    My Q10 battery is very hot and the touch screen is not working. Brightpoint set

    Can i bring it to Ixsun Sdn Bhd at Tropicana City Mall for warranty? i heard that maybe that place is only for Brightstar sets.

    One more thing, i don’t think the reseller gave me a warranty card. I have the box and the original receipt only. Will that be a problem for warranty claims?

    I bought Q5 on 18 April 2014..but the phone got problem on 20th April 2014 (2 days). The phone cannot turn light keep on blinking..Hold the power on button but still cannot…Should I bring the phone to the shop to claim from them or to BB service centre???
    I bought the phone from BB Dealler Low yat..

      try this :

      1. charge the phone using USB-connected to laptop leave it for an hour
      2. if red lights still blinking, time to claim your warranty.
      3. depends on your warranty card..if you purchase brighstar/brightcorp can claim ur warranty at any BlackBerry Centre
      otherwise, if your device is AP set, claim it at your dealer. You still can bring your device to BlackBerry Centre but some charges may apply.

    I have Q10 and Z30, with same issue where I dial from contact search by name it goes to other contact. Example I dial Dennis but end up dial to someone else in the contact list.

    19 july 2014 i’ll buy my new BB Z3 at Top Mobile Phone Sales & Service,Kuantan Pahang.after next day 20 July 2014 i have a problem with slot or card sim.but responded i get from the shop want to carry back becouse the mobile phone cannot defect.after 1 week (26 july 2014) i’m carried my phone defect from card sim slot can’t read coverage signal.i’am get information my phone already deliver to service centre in KL.after now i don’t have any feedback about this case.i hope your cooperation and resposibility about this problem was solve becouse my phone buying have problem below 24 hour and carried 1 month.i hope you can help me solve this matter as soon as posible.all the document buying receipt and service job sheet have a keep with me..please please please help me.if you want detail i will scan and email all the document for your future action.tq n best regards

Recently I tried to reach one of ur Expert centres ie ENTER TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD, Level 4, IT Plaza, 04-15, Skudai Parade, Jalan Skudai, 81300 Skudai, Johor, but was found to have been closed/ relocated, sic !. Can anyone enlighten me. I tried to get my BB Z10 repaired but couldn’t find anyone/ a place where I could get someone to look at it. Thanks.
